Door County hosts the Steel Bridge Songfest once again in the big metropolis of Sturgeon Bay. Thursday night kicks off the events open to the public with the free night of music. Here is a sample of images from last years Thursday night.
Tonight at Midnight, Toivo will rock the Red Room and the rumor is that there will be some surprises. Last year they played at Butches for a small, but very energetic and excited crowed. This year there is much more buzz for them.
Other good acts that I plan on checking out are Eric McFadden and friends, Geri-X, and Abnormal Cattle all at the Ladder House. This is by no means the extent of the music happening all over the city of Sturgeon Bay. The big downfall of the event is that there are SOOOOO many great musicians, it’s hard to catch them all. I will do what I can to catch the good music to be heard. Rock and Roll is good for the Soul!
